Code embedding features update

The Pastebin Embed and Gist Embed recipes have been updated with some new features:

First, Pastebin Embed now lets you specify only some lines of a paste to display (a feature which Gist Embed had already).

Second, both Gist Embed and Pastebin Embed now allow you to highlight certain lines of a gist/paste.

(Both recipes are installed on OborWiki, but off by default; you can enable them via the Configurator.)
