Yeast amount (baker’s fresh, Red Star brand) ~30g.

Flour amount is ~800g.

Salt ~10g.

Recommend increasing sugar to perhaps ~100g.

Bake for 30min at standard pirozhki size (12 total).

Let rise for longer next time (after filling); make sure they’re nice and puffy (45min?).
