Great for using up extra peaches or nectarines.

Ingredients
- 2 lbs. rinsed, pitted and sliced peaches/nectarines
- 13⁄4 cups sugar
- zest of 2 oranges
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp orange flower water (optional)
Instructions
- Toss all ingredients in saucepan.
- Heat at medium-low. Stir regularly.
- Cook until the fruit is well softened and mostly broken down, and the liquid has thickened into a moderately viscous syrup.
- Remove from heat; pour into prepared jars.
